You can use the access native filecopy command, read up the access help on the specifics.

What does that have to do with access might I ask?

Write a small batch file and use windows task scheduler.
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

xcopy h:\Share\"AMY Record" I:\YTEST\"AMY Record". It also didn't work. Can you help me again? Thanks.

    window schedule task.

I creat a batch file called test.bat (XCOPY E:\TEST J:\TEST ) This copy all the file from E drive to J drive. If i double click this bath file, it works totally fine. But when i schedule it, it didn't copy all the file, can you figure out for me, i don't know what is wrong, don't know whether it has log file so that i know what wrong.

Mention, J drive in another machine, the source file in E drive that i schedule on. I also try to schedule to copy from different drive in the same machine, it works with no problem. Thanks in advance.
