Lightbulb Unanswered: Using pointer for table entries

This is my first post to this forum. Ive done alot of programming but not too much DB manipulation.

Here is the problem (and the answer might be obvious to some!):

I have 10,000 big tables with alot of entries. One column is the id of people. I need a REALLY fast way to access all the entries that belong to evey person. The problem is that the number of people is almost 200K. I was thinking of creating "pointer" tables for every person but dont know if that is even possible.

    Any ideas....any!!

    best regards, Logi

you have 10,000 tables? and you want to access all the rows in all the tables that belong to a certain person?

you may not want to hear this, but you need to eliminate those 10,000 tables, and combine all the rows into one table | @rudydotca
