Unanswered: yes/no fields listed in a text box on a report

I have a table with a number of yes/no checkboxes. When I want to run a report of that table, is it possible to list the selected items in a text box to eliminate white space? And how would I do that? Is it possible? Maybe I need to rethink my direction . . . if yes, do you have any suggestions?

    For Example
    For record 1 I have
    [ ] Manager A
    [x] Manager B
    [ ] Manager C
    [ ] Manager D

    For record 2 I have
    [x] Manager A
    [x] Manager B
    [x] Manager C
    [ ] Manager D

    For record 3 I have
    [ ] Manager A
    [ ] Manager B
    [ ] Manager C
    [x] Manager D

ON the resulting report I would like it to list them as follows (only showing the managers that have a check by them) in one text box:

    Record 1:
    [Manager B]

    Record 2:
    [Manager A, B, and C]

    Record 3:
    [Manager D]

Thanks for your advice in advance!

That scares me a little... what is this for? Just a survey? Or is this information supposed to be linked to something?
You could use a bunch of fields set to can shrink if you have a,b,c and d all right next to eachother... but again, I worry about this schema..
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.
