Question Unanswered: Access tutorial for mysql/php programmer?

I’ve been looking around for a while and am unable to find a good tutorial for someone with extensive php and mysql experience trying to use Access (I don't need a "data is stored in a table. a query..." tutorial). The majority of my problems come from over thinking the creation process – I imagine code but need to convert those thoughts into something that works with Access’ GUI. Any site suggestions? I’ll be sure to post anything I find in this forum.

    Thanks,
    Justin

    Just dig in..

I'm in the process of going the other way myself.

The actual concepts really don't change that much, just specific syntax. You can always ask here or dig around for that one syntax thing you may not understand. It is a little different going from a weakly typed language like php to access, that's the biggest hurdle I could see.

Oh, and of course vba ina ccess is 100% object oriented, it's not just an option.
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

actually, VBA is not 100% object oriented. More like 67% OO.
