    Unanswered: Time Calculations

I am working with a time function in a form. I have the VB code that calculates the elapsed time from a start and finish time. I would like to bring that elapsed time into a query but not in a time format. I want to bring it in to my query as an hour format.
    eg 9:00AM in 11:00AM out = 2 hours
I have tried everything from formatting numbers, date/time, standard, fixed and even scientific. can someone please help. this should be easy but i am stumped. my VB is not very good, but im learning
