Unanswered: Unique drop down list values

    Hey guys,

I have a form with a combobox that displays a list of simple dates, e.g. "January 2004", that the user can pick from.

The source of the list is a table called "tblUpdateInfo" and the field is called "Month".

However, if the source table has three records with the value "January 2004"in the "Month" field, it is diplayed on the dropdown list three times. How can I make it display a value only once?

I assume it's in the SQL of the combobox.

Yes, in the SQL (rowsource) of the combo box, change "SELECT" to "SELECT DISTINCT". This can also be accomplished in the Query-By-Example grid by changing the "Unique Values" property to "Yes".
