    Unanswered: Form Problem

    I have a form that has 5 fields. Now i hvae to enter different information for the same person. So is their a way to create a command button that lets me go to the next record and use the same information again, instead of keying all the information again, So basically duplicating the record for use again.

    ex so if i had my 5 feilds filled in i can click a button that goes to record two with the same information so i can change the required fields?

    thanks

    Is this a one time occurrence or something that will happen often?

    You could create a table entity that stores this information and implment functionality to be able to reload data last entered which will take the data from the the above mentioned created table and re-insert it into the current form fields...

    I don't know if there's an easier way?

    i'm not sure if there's an easier way than this (either) but you can copy the data from the same field in the previous record by pressing Ctrl + ;

    i suppose you could make your cursor go to each field and SendKeys Ctrl + ; for each field(?) i've never tried it though.
