Unanswered: Type Mismatch in DateAdd function

    Hi
I have used DateAdd function in my application and the code is as follows

    mvarReturn(1) = DateAdd("m", 1, mvarReturn(1))

mvarReturn(1) will have the value '01-jan-2004', '01-feb-2004', etc.

This line of code is working fine in development system where the language setting is US English

But client system is having the Language setting as Spanish

There we are getting type mismatch error for only certain values ie when
mvarReturn(1) contains the value with month as Jan,Apr,Aug and Dec

Does any body have the solution for this
    Thanks in advance
    regards

January in Spanish is "Enero", April is "Abril" and December is "Diciembre" so, of course, they don't reduce to USEnglish abbreviations. Your easiest work around is to use a numeric date format, such as mm-dd-yyyy (01-12-2004) or yyyy-dd-mm (2004-01-12). Check with your client as to their preferred format.
