Unanswered: Sequence Numbers in oracle forms

hi, im new to oracle and had a problem i couldnt solve. I have set sequence numbers to use as Primary keys in my dbase. The problem i have is that i have a simple oracle form that displays the fields for the data to be input, but for the field that i want the sequence number to be used i cant get it to use the sequence and get the number automatically.

I understand that i would need to use pl/sql to do this but can anyone tell me how i would create that command.

    Thanks for any help

For creating Primary Key sequence I'll suggest this:
First: create a sequence in your Schema, lets say its name is TABLE_SNO_GEN
Second: In your Form Builder open Property Palette of your Primary Filed and goto Initial Value. On the right side insert this:
    EQUENCE.TABLE_SNO_GEN.NEXTVAL

It'll give you unique sequnce number everytime.
I hope your problem will be solved
