    Unanswered: Reports, Subreports and Text Boxes

    I have a subreport in the detail section of a main report. That subreport sums up information and places a total in the report footer.

    What I'm trying to do is have a text box in the main report's detail section, where the subreport is, reference the total text box in the subreport but I'm getting nothing at all. Is this method feasible? I've referenced text boxes before on independent subreports, but this subreport is based on a value in the main report's sorting (master/child link fields). Is that what's giving me the problem? The fact that there's going to be different subreports based on what record it's in?
