    Unanswered: adding extensions in a table

    i have a table that has 1400 rows in it, and i need to at a .tif extension to make my table work. is there any way to automate this process.

    You want to add ".tif" to a value in a field for every row in the table?

    Just make an Update query with this SQL:

    UPDATE tablename SET tablename.fieldname = [fieldname] & ".tif";

    Running that will add ".tif" to every value in [fieldname] at once.
