Unanswered: Help with Opening Form to Specific Record

I would like to have a form open to a specific record for a user to work with.

The way that the current process works is that a user fills out a small form with 3 bits of data, one is an order #, one is a carrier, and the other is an autonumber which provides a unique record for a Bill of Lading.

Once they have this data, they press a button which runs a macro. The macro appends two tables with various data, and then opens a form which contains the above info as well as the additional data that was grabbed via the append querys.

I would like the record that is displayed on opening to be the same record that was created above via the autonumber sequence for the Bill of Lading (BOL from here on out.)

So if 10000 is the BOL, when the form opens, 10000 is the record to be used.

    Any thoughts, thanks in advance.

Ok, does XXXXX refer to the above mentioned BOL field in the prior form?

Sorry, me and VBA are still new to each other.
