    Unanswered: Calling a PHP Page from another page

    Hi,
    I am putting together a site and would like to incorporate an image gallery seemlesly into a page.
    I have a little test Gallery is at
    http://www.dynamicdolphindesigns.com...ls.php?album=1

    The problem I have is when I use a bit of Javascript to call the above line the gallery doesnt open.

    Isnt there a way I can make the output of the above PHP page append to the page Im calling it from ?
    Do I have to incorporate the whole page into the PHP file.

    I hope that makes sense...?

    Thanks.

    what server?

    Are you sure your server supports PHP?
    Is it in your server or a remote one?

    Um, well, yea, I think so.
    If I just put that address I am trying to call into my browser it works fine.
    Is that what you mean ??

    Sorry, Im fairly new to PHP.

    see if you have php......

    make a new document called info.php with the following code:
    Code:
    <?php
    // Show all information
    phpinfo();
    ?>
    Upload that document to your server and type the address /info.php and if you have php and it΄s working you should get a page with lots of info.... if it's not working you should get a white (blank) screen.

    OK,
    Have done that.
    It is a remote server by the way.
    It produces a large list of info.

    ok

    Ok. Php working fine. (Y)
    In .php file you can mix everything. You can create a doc with common html and javascript and in the places where you want to use php variables or some programming just put it between
    Code:
    ...
    <body>
    Album Title - Page <?php echo $album; ?>
    <table>....</table>
    <?php print_my_gallery($album) ?>
    ...
    </body>
    </html>
    you can download some gallery examples from www.phpbuilder.com

    good luck
