Post Unanswered: show all but one column

    Hi,
I have to export data from multiple tables which are having relations. I used a join and got the desired result. Now the glitch is that it is displaying the id (key fields) which are unwanted. Is there someway I can prevent the id columns from displaying and I dont want to specify which columns to display individually. coz there are too many columns. is there some query where i can display all columns but one

    Hello,

No, sorry, if you want a column not to be displayed, then you will have to put all the columns you want to be displayed in the query, as you feared.

PS : BTW, is 'ashkam' in some way related to 'ashram' in Records of Lodoss War ?

You can have a look at the MySQL Manual concerning SELECT queries here.
