    Unanswered: subforms updates main form

    Hello,
    I'm using ms-access 2003. I made a form containing subform.
I have some details in the subform, and some other fields on the main form.
The problem is that when I click a combo box in the subform, the MAIN form updates it self, and the record is saved before entering all data to all the fields in the main form.
    what couses this problem?
any idea will be much appriciated.
    thank u.
    orly

I don't think I fully understand your problem?
In access, bound data is saved as soon as you type data into a field.

the thing is when I just click a combo box, in the subform, and update occurs,
and that record is saved, though I didnt complish enter date.

I have a form for: ordering schools visits in a visitors center: VISITS- that describe shcool code, date, hours, marketer, and so on. I have one subform that retrieves school's details, like address, phones etc, school code is pk in schools, and fk in visits. I disabled schools subform couse it only for display.
I have another subform: CLASSES, that contains class code, visit code, number of children from class. clss code, vis code and clss index are pk connected via VISITS.vis_code.
when I click combo in classes subform, it saves the record before I do anything, and I dont know y!
    thanx!!!
