    Hi,

Inorder to import a table, first you will have to take the schema of it from the current database, then take an unload of the table in to a file. Then create the table in the new database and the load the data from the file.
    The steps are

    At unix prompt
    dbschema -d mydb -t mytable a.out

Will write the schema output to a.out

    In dbaccess
unload to mytable.unl select * from mytable

Will write the data to unl file.

    connect to new database

View a.out file & run it, new table will be created

    Now to load the data

load from mytable.unl insert into mytable.

You can look at dbexport/dbimport to export the enitre database

    Regards,

    lloyd
