Unanswered: Relationship, subform, parent child problem, HELP!!!!

I have a form (based on a table; OrderNo is PK, ClientID FK) which contains several details about an order, on this form I have a subform (based on client table; ClientID PK) which contains details about the customer, since one customer can have many orders! The form and subform are linked via ClientID field and there is a one-to-many relationship between the ClientID in the Client table and the ClientID in the orders table. The problem is that when I'm inputting a new order with a new client, as soon as I go to put in the client details in the subform an error message appears saying I'm trying to assign a null value to a variable field that isn't set to variant. I have had other error messages when changing certain properties. Can anyone help!?

i have attached a copy of my database (the orders table and orders form are actually called tblProgressForm and frmProgressForm respectively)
