Unanswered: Any way of changing the cursor?

I'm using Access 2000 and I want to change the mouse cursor when the mousemove event of a label is triggered. I remember it being possible in VB but Access doesn't seem to support it. Is there any add-on i can get to do this?

    Thanks,
    J.
