    Unanswered: Creating report from Subform

I have a subform, from which I'm trying to call up a report, which queries data based on one of the fields in the subform. I have tried two syntaxes...

which asks me to Enter Parameter Value for the above reference, and...

which shows the report with no data, and if I try to insert the above I get a ?Name error.

frm_Contacts is the main form, Subscription is the control name of the sub-form, and Subscription_Ref is the field I want to filter on.

Can anyone let me know what I'm doing wrong?

Hi ktfaith and "Welcome to the Forum"

If I understand you correctly, you're simply trying to get your data from your SubForm into a Report. If so simply create your Report based on the SAME queries as your form. Whatever you do in the form will show in your report. Is that what you've done so far with no success??? IF not, it would help a great deal if you could make a Copy of your database and remove sensitive data and replace with dummy data, then ZIP it and post here on the forum for me or others to download and take a look at it.

let us know and again, Welcome aboard,
