    Question Unanswered: Java Sendmail - how to send multiple attachments

    I am trying to email multiple attachments using sendmailjpkg pl/sql.

    However, at the time of sending the email I do not know how *many* attachments I will need to send.

    I have loaded the attachments into a collection table but I cannot get the package to compile.

    Below (example1) is an excerpt that *does* work fine and uses the tableCollection approach.
    But I don't always know how many entries will be in the table.
    If I just pass the table (example 2) , I get the error
    "PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'ATTACHMENTS_LIST'"

    EXAMPLE 1
    ..Attachments => SendMailJPkg.ATTACHMENTS_LIST(
    l_table_attachments(l_table_attachments.FIRST),
    l_table_attachments(l_table_attachments.LAST) ) );

    EXAMPLE 2
    ..Attachments => SendMailJPkg.ATTACHMENTS_LIST( l_table_attachments) );

    Any ideas gratefully accepted.

    You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
    The average person thinks he's above average!
    For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
    Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement.

    Thanks for your reply but the link does not cover the issue raised.
    However, I did figure out a workaround so all is well

    Java Sendmail - how to send multiple attachments

    Hello,
    I'm struggling with the same issue. Using a collection seems like a logical approach but I'm not having much luck. What was your workaround for sending multiple attachments?

    Thanks in advance for your help
