What do you mean by link? Are you trying to pass a value from one text box to another?

Well, if the values of the two text boxes are the same and they are drawing their data from a table, just set the Control Source property to the same field. If it's something along the lines of a calculated field, you can place something like the following in the Control Source of the second text box to reference the first.

    =[Forms]![Accounts]![City]

Where "Accounts" is your form name and "City" is the control you're referencing.
