    Exclamation Unanswered: Urgently need help!

I am totally confused and urgently need help in using Acess 2003. I've tried creating files (table) using Acess, the file is saved. However, when I reopen the file, there is always an error message prompted me that do I need to change it to Access 2000 file. When the file is opened, nothing I created did appeared!!! For the time being, only examples and templates can be opened. Have any one experience this problem before? I'll appreciate your help in this.

First things first. Welcome to the board.

Are you creating a new MDB file or using an existing file, or is it another file type? What is the exact error message.

    Hi,

I am creating the simplest access file using the wizard whenever a new file is to be created. The extension of file should be *.mdb as I am not creating a project. The following message was displayed whenever i open the mdb

"security warning: unsafe expressions are not blocked"

The message also requires me to install Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 or later. Is is necessary to install the file? Or is there any method of disabling the message?
