    From a glance, is there anything that stick out as a potential problem with these specs?

    Specs looks fine with optimum performance, but it depends on the application usage.

    Estimated peak concurrent usage: 50 sessions
    Estimated number of users: 1000
    Estimated maximum user download size: 150 MB
    Estimated initial database size 100 GB
    Estimated database growth per year 15 GB

    I thought this stuff was handle by the network guys?

    Estimated maximum user download size: 150 MB
    Estimated initial database size 100 GB
    Estimated database growth per year 15 GB

    I thought this stuff was handle by the network guys?
