Unanswered: Filling a report to always show the same number of rows
I need to print out a report which is used as a data collection form. The report fills in whatever information it currently has, and leaves blank boxes for the rest of the data to be filled in by the user.
The user is filling in information about the crops and acreage of fields. The names of the fields is always displayed down the left - one row for each field. I always want 20 rows printed, if there are fewer fields than this, just blank rows ie empty boxes are printed. This ensures every report looks exactly the same.
How do I ensure 20 rows are printed, regardless of the number of rows in the database? There are normally between 10 and fifteen rows filled in, and we want the extra blank ones at the bottom.
