Unanswered: Removing blank spaces from a table

    Hello all,

I have a series of append querys that capture data from numerous tables and filters them into a single table called Lot Summary. This is all done through a macro that clears the Lot Summary table then activates the append queries.

Each append query captures a LOT number from each table with a date but the data is getting placed in the table in a staggered fashion like this.
    LOT# Laser Mark SolderBall Singulation
    1 2/04
    2 3/04
    1 3/04
    2 4/04
    1 4/04
    2 5/04
is there a way to remove these blank spaces automatically so they will appear on the same row?

    Thanks

The staggered effect was not displayed under the previous post but to explain under the column Laser Marking there is a date for lots 1 & 2 then, in a new row there are dates under singulation and so on, it appears as a stair step in my table.

I think I understand what you are saying, but the data displayed doesn't show the effect you described. Create a query and select Group By for your Lot# field and then select Max for the fields Laser Mark, SolderBall, and Singulation.
