    Unanswered: Duplicate records

    Hi guys,

    Can anyone help me to check for duplicates within a table.

    I have a table for training courses which consists of TrainingCourse, Trainer, Venue and Date.

    Once all 4 of these values have been entered, I would like to check the table to see if any previous records match this and then to say, "Do you wish to continue adding this?"

    Yes = Add the record
    No = Cancel the new record and select the original.

    thanks in advance,

    Churchill: And Madam, you are ugly. And tomorrow, I'll be sober, and you will still be ugly.
