    Unanswered: Report

    Hi all,
I have 10 querys, that get the same data from 10 fifferent tables.
I created a template report to edit the data from the first query.
My question: How can I tell Access to get that other queries in the same report format.
    best regards...

Do you want to use the same report with the other 9 queries?

    Lightbulb

Just change the RecordSource of the Report in the Open Event of the report.

You can store it in a global variable then assign it:

    Me.RecordSource = pub_RecSource

    Only explain by headlines.

    If your report called Faults_43_R
and your Qery called Q1, ...,Q10
glb_anyGlobalVariable = "Q1" ' Put this in the click event of the button that opens your Report

    PHP Code:
      Private Sub Report_Open(Cancel As Integer)

    Me.RecordSource glb_anyGlobalVariable
      End Sub

    20/11/04 6:00 am 10 15
    20/11/04 15:00 pm 20 30
    20/11/04 11:00 pm 70 50

Thumbs up Subtracting date/Time fields to find hours worked

    Try this.

    =Format([Worktime from]-1-[Worktime to],"Short Time")
