    Unanswered: just wanna view!!

    Hello all,

    I feced a little problem with cursor..How to make sure the cursor/mouse to can't point in any textbox/subform etc..In my case I just wanna user view on it and not to input any data...So anyone know about its setting please don't hesitate to tell me...ur help full appreciated.

    thanks for reply,

    I just try to put the code in on click event but an error msg show me that told 'you can't disable a control while it has the focus'..why? any ideas?

    dont put the code in the click event but in the form open event,
    the click event occurs after the control has focus and you cant assign the focus to a disabled control hence the focus gets lost hence the crash, if there was a before click event it might work as you could put the focus elsewhere and disable the controls then

    or just change them in the data tab of the property list in formdesign view
