Our Systems Administrator role requirements has been changed, such that I would be open to speaking to a much wider audience of job seekers. I've attached the job description in case you know anyone who might be a match.
Really what we seek is someone who has good solid SQL Server administration skills coupled with strong T-SQL Scripting (allowing to make changes/updates/deletions to the database), and make changes to tables, understand if problems might be attributed to a coding problem versus on the administration side. In our organization this person who be a DBA Adminstrator/Developer. MS Access experience is also sought, but on a lesser level.
