    Unanswered: Fulltext in Oracle ?

    Hi,

    Is there any equivalent of Full text (mysql) index in Oracle ?

    Hello,

    Yes, the equivalent in Oracle is "Oracle Text", which allows Full-Text Search possibilities. I think it is much more advanced than MySQL FULLTEXT. Among other things, Oracle text offers 3 types of Text indexes, which are very different and each suits different needs.
