you can deploy a registry key TNSNAME pointing to a network drive where all your customers have access to.
Locally tnsnames.ora files then must be removed .
    HKLM/software/oracle/home0/TNSNAMES

    problem

    I´m sorry, I don´t understand.
In the client´s oracle, I have created in
    hkey_local_machine\software\oracle

    a new code TNSNAMES

In here, I put the new route of tnsnames. ora in other machine

I have deleted the loca tnsnames.ora

    But it isn´t operated.
When I connect with Net manager, service is empty
    Which is the problem?
    Can you help me?
    Thanks

OK, but does your client see this file? Osy45 said that 'tnsnames.ora' MUST BE on a network drive every client HAS ACCESS to.

Trivial solution would be a folder shared to everyone (NOT the best solution regarding security); did you try this, just to test if things work properly?

    the same problem

I have a folder shared to everyone but it doen´t operate.
Perphaps I don´t write well the route at the other machine , I don,t know.

I put in the client machine in

    hkey_local_machine/software/oracle/home0/tnsname a variable call
    tnsnames. It has as value:
    \\ip_machine\folder

ip_machine is the ip of the machine where tnsnames.ora is now and
folder is shared everyone in this machine.

I delete local tnsnames.ora in the client, and when I connect with net manager in the client, service name is empty.
    What´s happend?

you must specify the full path-filename
    \\ip_machine\folder\tnsnames.ora

& run regmon concurrently when you are executing your connect request
