    Unanswered: ActiveX color Selector ?

For selecting a Date /time value, I use activex control DTPicker5... What Activex object, or infact any object, can I use to select a color value ?

    your answers will be appreciated

you might try the windows common dialog (commondlg) but you will need to do a fari bit of VBA to make it work

If the colour requirement is not to big you could try the qbcolor() function to set/retrieve upto 16 colors.

I've used both, the latter is realtively easy but limited range of colours

sorry my colleague has just reminded me the commondlg class is soemthing from Access Developers Handbook, so you'll have to write the API's yourself if you want to use the windows common dialog
