I had tried n no. of ways, but it is still giving the same error.
Is there anybody faced this error before..please do help me.
If i am not clear with the above explanation please do write me.

    Regards

    only guesswork :

it is known that 7.3 and 8.0 had a mixed up client installation ...

are you able to connect natively to your 9i instance using 8.0 client?

    check it out first ..
maybe tools like filemon can help you . Available from www.sysinternals.com

    Oracle & Powerbuilder 6.5

Note: please find the logfile attached
    Hi,

Thanks a lot for your reply.
Yes.I connected to 9.2 database with 8.0 driver from powerbuilder.
I am able to connect using SQLPLUS too and create procedures & packages.
I downloaded filemon and tried locating the error.
    I found 2 FAILURE at FASTIO_CHECK_IO_POSSIBLE & FASTIO_WRITE
I couldn't trace out what exactly this error means.I had attached the log file with this mail.
Please help me out if you are aware of this error.
    Regards
