    Unanswered: Sequential Dates

Canyone tell me how to create a sequential Date/Time field in a make table query?
    Examples: 12/3/2004 12:00:00 AM
    12/3/2004 12:00:01 AM

    Thanks.

I don't believe access has internal facilities to support that sort of thing. The only automated field population is a static default value or an autonumber to the best of my knowledge...

Are you using a form to push data into your table? Is this a bulk import?

There's ways to do this manually without TOO much code, depending on your specific circumstances.
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

I am using a query to populate the table. I am currently adding a "Counter" field and setting the format to auto number, and then running another query to incrementally update a Date/Time field using the function DateAdd. This updates the seconds field of the Date using the Auto numbered "Counter" field. I am trying to automate a process and I wanted to eliminate this manual work.
