Unanswered: Writing a report Formula problem Crystal 8.5

Trying to write a formula for this

I have a report that has fields Incident number, Action ID, Login ID, and Date

I have filtered the report so the action ID is the same. (Through Search Criteria)

Now i need to filter the report because the same action id is in the same incident number... i.e.

    Incident number 25
    Action ID - Forward
    Login ID J_French
    Date - 12/05/04

Then the next line is the exact same thing.

So what i need is a formula, to put in that will give me all the Incident numbers that have 2 or more of the "Forward" action id.....

Can anyone help? I hope i didnt confuse you.

My grouping is set up by incident number, but there are incident numbers that only show up 1 time. I want to only show the incidents that have 2 or more entries.

    Thumbs up

Hi, Group the report by incident number
Right click action id select summary. select count and place this in the group footer. Goto Format section. In the group suppress option write the formula
    Code:
     if Count (countvalue)<2 then true
write the same in details sections suppress option also
