Unanswered: Generate an email from Access Field

I would like to know how I could trigger Access 2003 to send an e-mail. I can find how to send e-mail, but I want it to do it automatically based on a date field. The idea is that the user would enter a quote and they want an e-mail reminder two weeks after the quote is entered to follow up on the quote.

    Any Ideas?

What email client are you using
If you are in the outlook or outlook/Exchange server then its a breeze
declare an outlook object, having declared that object, use it to send the email. In essence set the properties that you require and use the object to send the email.

Similar interfaces work for Groupwise, Lotus Notes etc..

Thanks for your reply. Yes we are using Outlook\Exchange. Can you give me a step-by-step on how this is done.
