    How to decrypt encrypted procedure?Any help is thankful.

    you can't. SQL server encryption for stored procedures is one way the last I checked.

    It's weak encryption. There have been hacks freely available on the internet that decrypt it.
    If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.

    Are you sure the procedure is encrypted with "WITH ENCRYPTION"? If a third-party tool like SQLShield is running on the server then it's truely a one-way encryption. If it's native then this is the best tool I've found so far.
