I have a query(s) that is an aging of our invoices for different locations. I need to transfer this information to excel for different people to see. i have used the transferspreadsheet option in VBA with good success. As time has gone by we have added more and more locations. I have created new queries (that are just copies of each other with the exception of the location number) and then i tranfer them to a file on our server. I was hoping that thee would be a way to tranfer all of my locations using one query and running a LOOP of some kind in VBA to change the location number and run the query and tranfer the information. It would have to run the query (inserting the location each time) and transfer the information to a NEW spreadsheet for each location. I have been labeling each spreadsheet with the location number. Any help would be great!!!
