    this is in your code?
    iConf.Fields.Item ("http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/smtpserver") ="203.199.149.65" or "ursmtpserver ip"

if so, "ursmtpserver ip" is not valid
should be an ip address or a quailifed domain name
if you are running the smtp server yourself on the local machine, try to use the local ip instead

i tried to send through yahoo once, couldn't get through, so i made the sender and reply email address yahoo and used my local SMTP. Yes, this might be blocked by reverse dns

To me(my opinion), yahoo block the request thinking it was spam, even though u pass all the information.

I really don’t know how to fix that, i just gave you my work around.
