    Unanswered: restoring database

    Hi DBA guru's,

    Iam working on DB2 8.1 with fixpack 4 and solaris.I got 2 databases A & B on 2 solaris boxes. I need to copy whole the data from database A on box 1 to database B on box2. If i use restore command with redirect option will be ok or is there any other option.
    But the target database name should be same as previous i.e B.

    Its urjent...........replys will be appreciated......

    If you want to copy only data ,restore will not work .You will have to load /import data from A db to B db.
    if you want to copy or restore the backup of A as B ,restore redirected should work .
