Unanswered: Help with DOS commands in ORACLE 10g

How do I write a DOS command in ORACLE? Can someone send me some example code. I'd like to send data to a specific windows printer.

If you really, really insist on doing this from inside the DB, then RTFM
    or use Java.
"Rarely" does Oracle RDBMS itself initiate OS commands.
I suspect that your problem could be solved with PERL & a Small Matter Of Programming (SMOP); since PERL can interoperate with both Oracle & then OS.
You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement.
