Question Unanswered: Oracle reports 6i & Custom page sizes

    Hi once again guys

I am using developer 6i & I am trying to design a report which should print some details on a pre-printed stationary with the following dimensions:
    Width: 7 inches
    Height: 3 inches

I have changed almost everything possible under Layout Model->Main->width,Height,Orientation and so.

Now my problem is whenever I try to print the report on the pre-printed stationary, it never prints on the stationary, but somewhere else :O

Is there a way I can force the customized paper settings to the printer before it prints?

    Or

Is there any settings I can do within the reports 6i so that the printer will not take its default settings (A4, Portrait...)?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    hi

Report 6i support the available sizes on your printer,
the printer must support this size (or custome size)

Thank you very much. As it is my learning process, I was highly confused. I confirmed your comment with our ex-programmer & now my firm is providing me a deskjet printer with support for custom paper sizes.

    I greatly appreciate your advice.
