    Hi Daisy,

This sounds like homework, Have you made an attempt yourself? If so can you post your SQL Statements that you have already produced,

if your struggling with this leval of SQL maybe you should look at SQLZoo

Hi and "Welcome to the Forum"

Could you Zip and Post your database that you have for us to evaluate as to how best do something. Do you actually have any of the database created already? How some of these things on you list are to be accomplished will depend on how you will set up your forms for data entry or just general viewing. Table Relationships have to be taken into consideration and all too. Everything you list might not actually need to be coded in SQL, but then without seeing it nobody can tell. For example, when you have your Employees table pulled into a form via Query without any particular criteria, it will automatically show All Employees anyway.

have a nice one and enjoy the Forum

I'll bet my left foot it's homework.

Daisy, just so you are aware...

We do not frown on homework here, but we do strongly encourage folks to take a solid crack at it before we step in. It's been something of a hot button issue around here lately. You'll find that the more you put in, the more people are willing to help you. Go ahead and take a crack at it, when you hit stuff that doesn't make sense/isn't working, let us know which the specific problem you are having.

General requirement lists in classic homework format don't go over quite as well as a description of what you have already tried. Please post a more detailed explanation of what you have tried. If you haven't been able to try a few things yet, please take some time to attempt the solutions. After that, we will gladly answer any questions you ran into over the course of your efforts.
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.
