Unanswered: Full Memo Fields in Report

I have a reports with a number of memo fields, all are set to the same size which cannot be changed. The data for the memo fields are entered via different forms and stored in different tables. Is there anyway to easily identify when data has been pushed off the bottom of any of the report memo fields without manually previewing all individual pages. Ideally the results should be displayed in a separate report that can be run without the main report having to be opened.

Why can the size not be changed? You can actually get the memo field on the report to grow or shrink with the amount of text. Open the report in design view and go to the Detail section bring up the properties for the text box and change the Can Grow and Can Shrink properties to Yes.

The report is set up to print out as a folded booklet. The memo field is set up as large as possible in a confined layout. If the field is made any bigger it will throw out all the other pages when it comes to printing out.

It seems then you should have the Memo field restricted to allow only a set amount of data. That's the only way I can see to handle that particular situation.
