Unanswered: No CREATE [OR REPLACE] statement found to execute

    Hi,
    I am getting this warning

"No CREATE [OR REPLACE] statement found to execute."

when I hit the compile button in the procedure. The code I am trying to compile was compiling sucessfully from the Procedure Editor a few days ago. Has anyone else encountered this error? How can I fix it? I am using purchased verion of toad, Version No: 8.0.0.47.

    Thanks,
    Neelam

You said, "when you hit the compile button in the procedure". You mean, in the procedure editor? It's really hard to imagine why. Please, do post the beginning of your code. Perhaps then someone will know the answer.

I had a smilar problem a long time ago when I upgraded to 7.4. It turned out to be a UTF8/toad issue. Unfortunately I cant remember what the solution was but it was an NLS problem.
