Unanswered: How to display last record

    Hi,
I'm trying to add a field to a form of Project #s and Project Names which will display the last Project # which was added to that form. I've had no luck so far.

    thanks,
    Roger

What? How is this form constructed? Can you clarify further what you want to do?
Back to Access ... ADO is not the way to go for speed ...

if you have the project # indexed than all you should have to do is _onload go to last record..

    Project #

Not sure if this helps but on the source of your control you can set it to =count(*). Either that or create a function which opens the recordset and goes to the last record and then passes that value to the control on the form. Not quite sure what you're trying to do though.
