Hi Guys,

I've created a report that generates letters. The only thing that changes is the mailing address, the actual information on the letter remains the same in the form of a textbox.

Here's my question:

I've enabled the hide duplicates control for the mailing address which in turn hides any duplicate addresses. What I really want though is the textbox to hide along with the address if indeed the address is discovered to be a duplicate.

ie. If me.mailingaddress.visible = false then
me.textbox.visible = false
else
me.textbox.visible = true


Is there some hidden control that access uses to flag these duplicates?

I'm greatful for any help and I'm sorry if this isn't very clear, Its kinda hard to explain
