Unhappy Unanswered: Sybase Server Anywhere patch rollback

I have a Sybase database running on Adaptive Server Anywhere 9 version 9.0.2. I need to roll the server back to version 9.0.0.

Is there any way to fix/convert the database to run on the earlier server? The 9.0.0 server refuses to open it.

    Thanks,
    George

    Hi
You can do dbunload, then create new db with dbcreate in 9.0.0, bring up the new db with 9.0.0, open isql load the rebuild.sql and execute.

I was do it in from 8.0.0 to 5.0, and when isql said it is a problem I just delete some rows in rebuild.sql like statisics etc...

You can find all info in help.

One more : USE dbunload.exe from console (promt) is WORKING. I have trouble with doing from SB central.

    Thumbs up

    Thanks.

It took a bit of work (and a support call), but starting with the dbunload was the right direction.
