Unanswered: Help opening a downloaded file

I have a friend that is downloading a access document from a web site but when she trys to load it, it gives an error:

"Microsoft Access Cannot Open This File.

This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security problems.

To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible network location."

I found a 'fix' on microsoft's web site by adding the IP address to the Internet explorer trusted intranet sites, but that didn't work either...

When she emails it to me, i can open it fine. I send it back, and voila it works... Can anyone help????

    Thanks!!!

Rellt this sounds like a network question more than an Access question. none the less. was the file being downloaded from a remote location or being opened?
Likely it is a network restriction.

Right click the file and select properties.
    Click on the unblock button.
    Have a nice day!
