    Unanswered: Quick Read only question

    Hello,

    I'm using a standard command button wizard to open a form to specific information, but I need to enter it in Read-Only.
    Is there a parameter I can use to do this? I know I can do it with a macro, but I can't get the WHERE clause to work in this.

    Thanks,
    Cherish

    Private Sub cmdInstallButton_Click()
    On Error GoTo Err_cmdInstallButton_Click

    Dim stDocName As String
    Dim stLinkCriteria As String

    stDocName = "Install Information"

    stLinkCriteria = "[DetailID]=" & Me![DetailID]
    DoCmd.OpenForm stDocName, , , stLinkCriteria

    Exit_cmdInstallButton_Click:
    Exit Sub

    Err_cmdInstallButton_Click:
    MsgBox Err.Description
    Resume Exit_cmdInstallButton_Click

    End Sub

    I speak too soon....
    I still need LinkCriteria in there.

    I tried this:
    DoCmd.OpenForm "Warranty Issues", , , acFormReadOnly, stLinkCriteria

    but get a mismatch error.
